Type A's get things done; Type B's put things off, procrastinate until it's too late.
Type B's are easier to work with due to the way they respond to stress; they are also the target of Type A's frustrations, so I reocmmend that Type A's take a time out (take a walk around the parking lot, or find a place to calm down) before lashing out and scaring the poor little Type B's in the office. That's how you lose good employees.

having discrection as opposed to rigid policy and/or personal preferences. this is mostly in regard to people in management positions. my point is, every situation is different. unfortunately, some incompetent people are bull@#%t artists in an interview for a job they are not qualified for. They may feel, however that they are entitled anyway to this position. This is the "American Dream" i suppose, until they show up and start ordering more qualified people around. when the higher ups start to notice the incompetency, said type A starts to deflect blame down the chain of command. this happens way too often.
