My reason for this choice was because when they offer you service they ask and answer to the customer in with a warm smile positive and optimistic attitude not only that they give you options well I was in a flight aboard a 757-200 from Atlanta to fort lauerdale and when the cabin service was implemented a gentlemen beside me wanted a alcoholic drink that drink wasn't aviable at the time the flight attendant said I am so sorry about that we don't have that at the moment would like additional peanuts or anything else he responded no thank you very much in a good way my experience was excellent when I went from fort lauerdale to San Diego round trip they offer you multiple times in flight service excellent terrific service thats why considered delta number 1 in everything
Delta's flight attendants are simply wonderful ! Although I believe that AA also has great flight attendants, Delta's flight attendants tend to offer me the experience of an amazing flight !

Delta all the way. They were the first to give biscoff crackers and have way better service I general.
American is not bad and when I flew them to/from JFK-MCO, the flight attendants were very friendly and helpful. However, as a frequent flier of Delta, their service is slightly better. The flight attendants, in addition to being friendly and helpful, also would help me with my carryon luggage without asking, which is always a nice touch. Also, Delta gives you free snacks like peanuts or Biscoff cookies, something American does not do. The seat pitch and plane condition are also a little better on Delta, as the American Boeing 737-800 seemed like it had seen better days and was not quite as clean as Delta. All in all, Delta is a good airline and the reason I am a pround Skymiles card holder.
They are the best of the large Airlines!!!! American F/A's are not friendly and seem not to care about customer service like Delta's do.On International Routes in the Business Elite cabin they bend over backwards to serve you and converse with you. They make you feel like you are at home.They also always look better in their uniforms. So the nod goes to Delta.

Bad personal treatment (rude talk and bad service) by two American Airlines flight attendants on two separate flights. When I complained to management via the website, there was no apology and I saw an effort to sweep the issue under the carpet. I was planning to get my Exec Platinum' on AA instead I stopped flying them when I became Platinum and have not flown them since.
Because its the best airline and have more planes also the stewed edits sat next to me going to Atlanta I don't like American airlines because they change gates a lot and and planes and have a lot more delays then delta American flight attendant don't walk kids out the plane delta airlines walks the kids unoccupied minors off the plane last and they get on the plane for delta delta is the super best airline and American airlines is very expensive delta is a little more cheaper also American airlines go up to a b777/300 delta airlines go up to a 747
Also delta airlines gave me pilot wings for my son Billy he really really loves them delta is the largest airline delta is one of the airlines that own the most planes then any other airline I hate American Virgin America an delta they are both te same very good service have tv on seats I love the snack pack I got on virgin america and delta we really hate American American airlines is too high!!thats why I hate American airlines also southwest!!i love virgin America and delta because thy have pretty service very beautiful service I almost cried because it was just beautiful it made me make tears with joy I live delta and virgin America they gave me and my son pilot wings very beutifull

they are more patient and polite on most flights, even to those not in first class.
They are more personable and I believe provide service in a more genuine manner.
I've continually seen American Airlines attendants provide passive aggressive comments to travelers who are "less travelled". I've only seen this once on a Delta flight with an older flight attendant who appeared as though she expected to retire two decades prior.
