Its an imaginary perspective of the supposed outcomes of ones dreams and goals,its none dependent on the existing circumstances hence the inspirational factor(present circumstances usually arouse doubt,therefore, the absence of doubt makes it inspiring).
Vision is where dreams and goals intersect
Vision can be referred to a shared look of a team, community or even a nation at a promising and hopeful future. Vision is not dependent upon the current situation. Rather, it is a set of objectives to be achieved.
the vision is the picture of the accomplishment and the roadmap to arrive there.
I have selected vision as the most inspirational over dream and goal because niether of the other two can be fulfilled without it.
Because it involves collective individuals bringing in their ideas together toward achieving a specific goal(s).

When you dream of something or dream of doing something you can actually see yourself doing what you want to do...and if you can see yourself doing something through a dream you can actually achieve it.
without dreams, you dont have a meaning to naything you are doing. You need a strong wall to lean on...else limbinh the ladder is meaningless.
