I think Hallmark has a wider range of product and is willing to go out on the edge with their card content. That alone makes them more appealing to me.

The cards seem to be made with a better quality of paper. Each card's sentiment is heartfelt and the artwork is beautiful.

They have always had good writers....and so now does AG; however, Hallmark has better graphics, color and materials. You pay more for them too....so you'll have to choose which is more important.

more fun options, i like the American Greetings music cards and the cards that talk and move. They feel newer. I feel like I've seen all Hallmark's cards before.
