I watch cooking shows solely for the recipe and cooking techniques I can use in my own kitchen. My favorite show on The Cooking Channel is "Spice Goddess" because I love Indian food. I would be very happy if The Cooking Channel would also have a show dedicated to vegetarian or vegan cooking.
The Cooking Channel has Extra Virgin, Man Fire Food and My Grandmother's Ravioli on it. The Food channel does not. The Cooking channel seems to have more of a variety of different cultures. I wish the Food channel had more cultures. I like them both. But I think the Cooking channel is more entertaining. I can not afford the dish package with the Cooking channel and will have to down size. Therefore I will have to give up the Cooking channel, which is the one I really like. Maybe one day I will get it back.
