Because I feel it. When I have the Right amount I am physically and mentally fit. So I then think a bit more and I will be even fitter. But it doesn't work that way. A bit more actually throws me off and I get a bit anxious and a kind of stiff feeling physically.

Because it is a neurosteroid so it affects the brain and the menstrual regulation. If it is not balanced your brain and menstrual cycle will go crazy i guess.
